Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available less a $10 credit card processing fee up until two weeks prior to the event. After that time, no refunds will be processed.

Privacy of Participants

The privacy of all participants will assuredly be maintained from registration through receipt of a certificate of completion. Though participants will be required to be on camera to receive credit for a live webinar, the recording will not include a view of participants’ names or faces.
